A typical dish of Ireland : the irish stew!http://fondantochocolat.hautetfort.com/media/01/01/1585371207.jpg

That is THE culinary specialty of Ireland

It is a kind of ragout made of lamb, onions, potatoes, carrots, peas, sometimes with vegetables and often accompanied by black bread. You can easily find an irish stew in restaurants or pubs. For those who want to try to prepare one, here's a website link.

Another typical dish of Ireland: the full Irish breakfast,

You do not want to hear your stomach making noise in the morning? It  is really easy: get a full Irish breakfast! In fact, after having 3 times full irish breakfast in a restaurant as I watched  the french rugby team on TV during the World Rugby Cup,  I can with certitude say that one feel full for a while after eating such a breakfast.

So what is the Full Irish Breakfast (FIB) made of?

It is made of:

 - 2 Sausages

- 3 Toast with butter

- 2 slices of black and white  pudding

- 1 Poached eggs

- 1 Tomatoes

- Bacon

- Peas

- Mushrooms

- Potatoes

But you can put others dishes to your breakfast if you want.

Have a look on the picture. We were just three! Do you understand now what mean the full irish breakfast?!!!
